In this issue of Journal of the American Planning Association, the article “What is a ‘Great Neighborhood’? An Analysis of APA’s Top-Rated Places,” by Emily Talen, Sunny Menozzi, and Chloe Schaefer, raises interesting questions about aspects of the American Planning Association’s (APA) Great Neighborhood designations. In that spirit, we applaud the issues and questions raised in this thoughtful review.
