Resumen de Código Florestal e Reserva Legal: análise quanti-qualitativa da cobertura realizada pelas mídias legislativas federais brasileiras.

  O objetivo do artigo é analisar a cobertura midiática dada ao tema das mudanças no Código Florestal, especificamente sobre a reserva legal, nos sites da Câmara dos Deputados Federais e Senado Federal, por meio de suas agências de notícias, de modo a se discutir a relação entre esta cobertura com os pressupostos do direito à informação e da cidadania. Utilizou-se como método as pesquisa bibliográfica e documental quanti-qualitativa. Após ampla análise quantitativa das notícias publicadas nos dois sites durante a transição legislativa, que ocorreu no Brasil em 2011, seguiu-se a etapa da análise qualitativa. Este artigo trata das conclusões relativas à triangulação entre as duas etapas.

  The aim of the paper is to analyze the media coverage given to the issue of changes in the Forest Code, specifically on the legal reserve in the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate websites, through their news agencies, in order to discuss the relationship between this coverage with the assumptions of the right to information and citizenship. Method was used as the literature search and document quantitative and qualitative. After extensive quantitative analysis of the news published on both sites during the legislative transition that occurred in Brazil in 2011, followed by the stage of qualitative analysis. This article discusses the findings concerning the triangulation between the two stages.
