Resumen de El "nous" de Anaxágoras como antecedente del intelecto universal

Diana María Murguía Monsalvo

  • Once we review the conception of an intellect as an efficient cause of the world in the physics of Anaxagoras and in the Giordano Brunos natural philosophy, the author equates both concepts to show the proximity of the Brunos universal intellect with the nous of Anaxagoras. This relationship has its peak into one consideration observed, in both positions, respect to the efficient of the world that is transcendental, but at the same time inherent to the world. This ambivalence is rooted in the appreciation of natural reality as a same totality, which is important to observed because is the philosophical view that joins Bruno to the world of ancient Greek philosophy and, on the other hand, is the conception opposed to the Aristotelian.
