Resumen de El fundamento de los derechos humanos

La autora estudia en el presente trabajo las diferentes posiciones teóricas respecto al fundamento de los derechos humanos: el positivismo, el historicismo y el iusnaturalismo, para concluir que es ésta última la indicada para explicar dicho fundamento, ya que el origen de éstos radica en la dignidad de la persona humana.

In this paper, the author studies the different theoretical positions regarding the fundament of human rights:
positivism, historicism and the iusnaturalist concept, to conclude that the last is the right one to explain that fundament, since the origin of these lies in the human person’s dignity.
