  • Readers should be alert to programs with Spring 2000 deadlines that have recently had new program announcements issued through the NSF Web site. Three program announcements represent opportunities for connections to the reform of K-12 settings within existing NSF grant areas. A fourth connects to the emerging Digital Library.
