Resumen de Amizade e focos de atividade na universidade

  The aim of this study was to investigate foci of activity which were perceived by students of public and private universities  in  Vitoria metropolitan area  as relevant to the establishment and maintenance of their friendships. Participants were 32 college students aged 17 to 21 years,  16 from a public university (UPU) and 16 students from  a private university (UPA). The  following topics  were investigated: (a) friends  network, (b) the origin of  friends, (c) friendship and  neighborhood (d) general activities;  (e) specific activities; (f) communication and conversation; (g) university, friendship and dating; (h) university life  and  old  friends; (i) the influence of  university  on friendships. From a descriptive base,  data showed  friendship as a relationship involving a wide range of interactions, keeping dialectical relationship with these interactions and social groups. The friendships still relate dialectically with the physical environment, including the physical structure of the university, and the socio-cultural, including rules, schedules and activity plans of the university and local traditions.

  O objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar quais focos de atividade eram percebidos por estudantes de universidades públicas e particulares da Grande Vitória como relevantes para o estabelecimento e a manutenção de suas relações de amizade. Participaram da pesquisa 32 estudantes universitários com idades entre 17 e 21 anos, alunos do ensino superior da Grande Vitória, sendo 16 alunos de uma universidade pública (UPU) e 16 alunos de uma universidade particular (UPA). Os seguintes aspectos foram investigados: (a) a Rede de Amigo; (b) a origem dos Amigos, (c) amizade e vizinhança; (d) atividades gerais; (e) atividades específicas; (f) comunicação e conversação; (g) universidade, amizade e namoro;

  (h) universidade e as antigas amizades; (i) a influência da universidade sobre as amizades.

  Partindo de uma base descritiva, os dados obtidos mostraram a amizade como um relacionamento envolvendo uma ampla gama de interações possíveis, mantendo relações dialéticas com essas interações e com grupos sociais. As amizades ainda se relacionam dialeticamente com o ambiente físico, incluindo a estrutura física da universidade, e com as estrutura sócio-cultural, incluindo as normas, horários, planos de atividades da universidade e as tradições locais.
