Resumen de Trabajo Legislativo en materia electoral en San Luis Potosí: análisis de caso 2010

En el presente ensayo, se proyecta una descripción del trabajo legislativo en San Luis Potosí; en específico, el realizado por la Comisión Especial para la Reforma del Estado, que tendría como responsabilidad la designación de los consejeros electorales que integrarían el Consejo Estatal Electoral y de Participación Ciudadana (CEEPAC) para el período comprendido entre el ocho de enero de 2011 al siete de enero de 2014. A su vez, se realiza el estudio del andamiaje organizacional de la Comisión legislativa presentado paso a paso, revelando las características del transcurso y desarrollo de la toma de decisiones que, al término de su encomienda designaría a los integrantes de otra institución, misma que tiene como labor garantizar el desarrollo de los procesos democráticos en San Luis Potosí.

In this essay, it is intended to describe the legislative work in San Luis Potosí; specifically, the work carried out by the Special Commission for the Reform of the State (Commission) that would have as a responsibility the designation of electoral advisors, who would form part of the State Electoral Council, and the Citizen Participation (ceepac for its acronym in Spanish) for the term comprised between January 8, 2011 and January 7, 2014. At the same work, it makes an study of the organizacional estructure of the legislative commission, showing step by step the caracteristics of the progress and development of the decision-making. At the end of the commission work the new members of another institution that has the responsability of assure the development of the democratic process in San Luis Potosí will have been designated.
