  • Stephen Parkinson appeared in The Lawyer's Hot 100 in 2013, fresh from advising Rebekah Brooks in the early stages of operations Elveden and Weeting.

    Since being listed, Kingsley Napley's head of regulatory and criminal investigation has continued to grow his investigations expertise. Parkinson believes the firm is involved in almost every SFO investigation and thinks this will continue.

    He is currently representing supermarket Tesco in the FCA investigations into its accounting practices. The probe, which began in October 2014, is expected to come to an end before December this year
