Resumen de El reuso en la arquitectura patrimonial: oportunidad y riesgo
Around the urban centrality it is produced certain functional dynamics that are inherent to every social and economical developments. Essential components of these centralities are the historical districts of the cities. Above them the pressures are focused on some functional changes that, well managed, can guarantee its validity and increase its attractive so as strength their centrality.
But this dynamic at the same time, in one way positive and necessary, can threat the authenticity of the urban sector and the architectural legacy, while it is submitted to some adaptations which do not harmonizes with its own character and patrimonial values. Due to this condition it is underlined the importance of having effective instruments that contributes to orient and control the interventions in the built inventory of the historical district.
The typological analysis of architecture, specially the residential one, is a fundamental tool to fulfill the objectives of the historical preservation�s programs, in the most compatible way with the obligatory acceptation of the functional dynamics of these urban units.
