  Der Beitrag wertet für die Textkritik des Codex Iustinianus die Überlieferung von zehn Konstitutionen in der Collectio Gaudenziana aus, die Paul Krüger noch nicht zur Verfügung stand. Es handelt sich um C. 1,2,14; 1,3,7; 1,3,8; 1,3,10; 1,3,19; 1,3,20; 1,3,33; 8,4,7; 11,48,7 und 11,48,12. Verbesserungen gegenüber der Edition Krügers werden für C. 1,2,14; 1,3,7; 1,3,33; 11,48,7 und 11,48,12 vorgeschlagen. Besonderheiten der Überlieferung sind für alle Konstitutionen behandelt. Verbesserungsvorschläge gegenüber der Edition des Codex Theodosianus durch Theodor Mommsen finden sich für CTh. 11, 39, 8 und 11 sowie CTh. 7, 8, 13.

  Collectio Gaudenziana and textual criticism of the Codex Iustinianus. This article uses the tradition of ten constitutions in the Collectio Gaudenziana, which Paul Krüger did not have at his disposal, for textual criticism of the Codex Iustinianus. The constitutions are C. 1,2,14; 1,3,7; 1,3,8; 1,3,10; 1,3,19; 1,3,20; 1,3,33; 8,4,7; 11,48,7 and 11,48,12. The particularities of their respective tradition are presented, and improved readings are suggested for C. 1,2,14; 1,3,7; 1,3,33; 11,48,7, and 11,48,12. The article also proposes improved readings for Theodor Mommsen’s edition of the Codex Theodosianus, namely C.Th. 11,39,8 and 11, and C.Th. 7,8,13.
