  • THE BVA has called on the Welsh Government to end talks with a company that has been approved by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) to deliver non-stun slaughter at an abattoir in Wales. It says that welfare at slaughter is a matter of public concern and that the Welsh Government is ‘out of touch with the public’ on this issue.
