The National Office of Animal Health's (NOAH's) Code of Practice Committee has published a summary of its findings in a case in which the pharmaceutical company Zoetis UK complained about information supplied to veterinary practices by MSD Animal Health regarding a leptospirosis outbreak in February 2015 and MSD Animal Health's leptospirosis product Nobivac. At its meeting on June 12, the committee ruled that MSD Animal Health was in breach of the NOAH Code of Practice for the Promotion of Animal Medicines on six of the eight items under complaint, three of which were conceded by MSD Animal Health and three after adjudication by the committee....
