  • The article reports that the incoming public-private partnership (PPP) law in Dubai, United Arab Emirates has piqued the interest of developers, sponsors and public authorities. Counsel and investors have welcomed the new framework. The Road & Transport Authority has reportedly earmarked the Union Oasis transport hub as a pilot project, issuing pre-qualification documents based on the PPP model
