Resumen de Las cooperativas y sus prácticas de resolución de conflictos desde el enfoque cualitativo

  En las cooperativas existen condiciones sociales que dan cuenta del conflicto y sus procesos sociales constitutivos en este tipo de organizaciones comunitarias, que por lo general no se alcanzan a percibir ni a comprender tan categóricamente bajo el enfoque de la metodología cuantitativa; de allí que el objeto del presente trabajo sea presentar los lineamientos generales para el estudio de las cooperativas y sus prácticas de resolución de conflictos desde el enfoque cualitativo. La metodología es de tipo teórico-documental dentro del cual se recurrió a técnicas como la revisión documental y el análisis de fuentes primarias. Entre los planteamientos más sobresalientes de este trabajo se tiene que el enfoque cualitativo favorece el desarrollo de categorías analíticas que no resultan del interés del investigador sino de los señalamientos de los propios sujetos participantes.

  In cooperatives there are social conditions that account for the conflict and its constituent social processes in this type of community organization, which generally are not quite perceived or understood very strongly under the focus of quantitative methodology; hence the object of this paper is to present general guidelines for the study of cooperatives and its dispute resolution practices from the qualitative approach. The methodology is a theoretic-documentary in which resorted to techniques such as document review and analysis of primary sources. Among the most prominent approaches of this work is the qualitative approach favors the development of analytical categories that are not self-interest of the researcher but the signs of the participating subjects themselves.
