    Este trabalho analisa a obra "Yaka", de Pepetela, evidenciando a confluência ideológica constituinte dos personagens, especialmeme Alexandre. Relaciona a tessitura literária à História e sistematiza o esvaziamento do espaço angolano, secularmente explorado e devastado pela gesta colonial. Pondera sobre as rupturas do imaginário de Angola, uma nação que sofre a ação de embates ideológicos e sociais. Mostra as significativas revoluções que vão convergir para uma desorientação oriunda da reestruturação organizacional entre os mundos que compõem o espaço da nova nação. Desenha, ademais, uma síntese relacional entre o Eu-africano, permeado já de valores portugueses, e o Outro-colonizador, levador dos valores e da cultura africana que igualmente o permeiam, no intento de organizar uma intersecção identitária.

    This article analyses the novel "Yaka", written by Pepetela, which shows the ideological confluence of the constituent characters, especially Alexandre. It connects the literary texture to history and systematizes the emptying of Angolan space, which has for centuries been explored and ravaged by colonial management. It also exposes the cracks of Angolan imaginaty, a nation suffering the action of social and ideological clashes. It explores the significant revolutions converging in a confusion that arises from the organizational restructuring of the worlds composing the new nation 's space. It designs, in addition, a synthesis between the I-African, permeated by Portuguese values, and the Colonizing-Other, carrier of African values and culture also permeating the self, in the attempt to organize an identitary intersection.
