Resumen de Felipe V. Abdicación y restauración de la Corona española y sus efectos jurídicos

El presente estudio analiza una parte en la vida de Felipe V y nos ayuda a recordar algunas de las anorma-lidades que caracterizaron y rompieron la sociedad española en el primer tercio del siglo SVIII, cual fue la abdicación del primer rey borbón en España. En definitiva, que el presente trabajo, constituye un enor-me laboratorio para investigar y poder sacar a luz, el oscuro episodio de la historia española y más con-cretamente en el símbolo de representación y de identificación de la corona en España. En resumen, es un tema tan polémico, la investigación del presente estudio, que conviene dejar aparte los sentimientos y las valoraciones subjetivas y describir el acontecer de la abdicación del rey borbón como institución, y sus acontecimientos desde la vertiente objetiva.

The present study analyzes one report in the life of Philip V and helps us to remember some of the ab-normalities that characterized and broke the Spanish company in the first third of the century SVIII, which was the abdication of the first king borbón in Spain. Definitively, that the present work, it consti-tutes an enormous laboratory to investigate and to be able to extract to light, the dark episode of the Span-ish history and more concretely in the symbol of representation and of identification of the crown in Spain. In short, it is such a polemic topic, the investigation of the present study, which is convenient to leave apart the feelings and the subjective valuations and to describe to happen of the abdication of the king borbón as institution, and his events from the objective slope.
