  El presente trabajo surge del interés por el turismo sostenible en el medio rural, así, siguiendo las recomendaciones realizadas por La Organización Mundial del Turismo (OMT) se constata que cada vez es más importante que el turismo sea sostenible respetando el entorno donde actúa e influyendo positivamente allí donde se realiza. El turismo cinegético, es una tipología turística alternativa a las tradicionale s, que tiene gran importancia económica en nuestro país (en términos de riqueza y puesto de trabajo). A lo largo del trabajo se analiza de manera descriptiva la relación entre el turismo cinegético y el turismo rural y como ambas modalidades están estrecha mente relacionadas por compartir lugar y recursos. Ésta especial interrelación convierte al turismo cinegético en una oportunidad turística diversificadora de la tradicional economía agraria que beneficia a la población local, proponiendo como guía diversos modelos de desarrollo turístico sostenible que pueden ser aplicables en entornos donde se den las condiciones cinegéticas y turísticas necesarias.

  This work arise of interest in sustainable tourism in rural areas ,as well, following the recommendations made by the World Tourism Organization (OMT) is found that it is increasingly important for sustainable tourism respecting the environment in which it operates and influencing positively where it is performed. The hunting tourism is an alternative to traditional tourist typology, which has great economic importance in our country (in terms of wealth and job). During the work is analyzed descriptively th e relationship between hunting tourism and rural tourism, as both types are closely related to share location and resources, this special interplay makes the hunting tourism as a diversifying tourist opportunity of the traditional agrarian economy that ben efits the local population, as a guide proposing various models of sustainable tourism development can be applicable in environments where hunting and tourism conditions are necessary
