  • The article discusses a new regulation issued by the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia to simplify and clarify the import requirements as regards certain goods incluidng food and beverages, health supplements and cosmetics. The new regulation requires a verification or technical examination of the restricted products at the port of entry by a 'surveyor.'
