    Social relationships are complex and there are always tensions of power intertwined in them. The power is not centered and frozen in the same persons and / o groups / institutions in human history. He moves as they occur new information, internal and external pressures, and finally the very process of social change in history. We all have power in society, and the nature and extent of the decisions to depend on the structure and the constellation of the historical society in which we live and act (Elias, 1994).

    As relaçoes sociais sao complexas e há sempre tensoes de poder imbricadas nelas. O poder nao está centrado e congelado nas mesmas pessoas e/ou grupos/instituiçoes na história da humanidade. Ele se desloca à medida qeue ocorreem novas informaçoes, pressoes externas e internas, enfim no proprio processo de mudanças sociais na história. Todos nós temos poder na sociedade, e a natureza e extensao da área para decisoes dependem da estrutura e da constelaçao histórica da sociedade na qual nós moramos e agimos (Elias, 19994).
