    En las estrategias de rehabilitación energética de los edificios, ya existentes, que conforman la mayoría de los Cascos Históricos de nuestras ciudades, la Inspección Técnica de Edificios supone la oportunidad de contar con una herramienta que permita una toma de datos muy directa y concreta sobre el estado actual del parque inmobiliario.

    Si entendemos que el ahorro energético perseguido por las normativas europeas y mundiales es una apuesta comunitaria y no individual, valoraremos en su real medida esta herramienta que se nos brinda, gracias a una iniciativa que poco tenía que ver con el tema energético, una excelente oportunidad para la mejora y el replanteo de las condiciones de habilidad de un tipo de edificación que no contaba con los consumos energéticos actuales.

    The ITE, an initiative that had little to do with the energy issue, was born to keep and preserve the old buildings in our Historic Cities. However it means an opportunity to have an excelent tool for the energy rehabilitation of this kind of buildings. This tool allows a direct and concrete data collection on the current state in the real estate park.

    If we understand that energy saving pursued by European and world standards is a community bet and not individual, we will value it in their real meaning as an excellent chance for improvement and setting out the conditions of hability of a type of buildings that born in other time and for this reason they did not have the current energy consumption.
