Resumen de La política laboral argentina en la inmediata posguerra: una perspectiva internacional, 1907-1925

En la primera posguerra y tras la creación de la OIT, organismo internacional especializado para el desarrollo de una legislación del trabajo, la vinculación de las instituciones argentinas con el ámbito internacional cobró nuevo impulso, en cuyo desarrollo tuvo un rol preponderante el Departamento Nacional del Trabajo (DNT). Tal vinculación y sus antecedentes constituyeron parte de una dimensión transnacional de la política laboral argentina poco estudiada por la historiografía, la cual forma parte importante de la historia misma de la construcción de tal política. En ese vínculo internacional fue vital la actividad del funcionario departamental Alejandro Unsaín, de lo cual también da cuenta el presente trabajo.

Au cours de la première après-guerre, et aprés la création de l'OIT, organisme international spécialisé dans le développement d'une législation du travail, le lien des institutions argentines avec le contexte international se trouva stimulé. Dans cet essor le Département National du Travail (DNT) eut un rôle prépondérant. Ce lien et ses antécédents donneront une dimension transnationale à la politique argentine du travail peu étudiée par l'historiographie, laquelle dimension est une part importante de l'histoire de la construction d'une telle politique. Dans l'édification de ce lien fut vitale l'activité du fonctionnaire départemental Alejandro Unsaín, dont rend compte le présent article.

In the first postwar period, after the creation of the IOL -an international organism specialized in the elaboration of labor legislation- linkages between institutions in Argentina and the international community received a boost in which the National Department of Labor (NDL) played a preponderant role. This linkage and its antecedents form part of a transnational dimension of Argentinas labor policy still little studied by historiography, but that is key to the history of the construction of that policy. The activities of one Department official -Alejandro Unsaín- were pivotal in this international linkage, thus the article pays particular attention to them.
