Resumen de Interdisciplinary Research: A Student's Perspective

Eric N. Brown

  • Choice of institution for graduate studies has customarily focused on a single faculty member or department. As academia adopts interdisciplinarity, it is creating a new environment in which graduate students study and perform research. Students must now consider a group of faculty and multiple departments. This paper addresses one graduate student's experience of working with an interdisciplinary research group in the field of self-healing materials.
