Resumen de Análisis de la clasificación hotelera en España y su repercusión en la expansión empresarial

La Constitución Española otorga capacidad legislativa a las diferentes Comunidades Autónomas quienes, haciendo uso de ésta, establecen normativas reguladoras de los establecimientos hoteleros en su ámbito regional. Esta situación provoca que en un país eminentemente turístico como es el español, se puedan encontrar 17 regulaciones diferentes para un mismo tipo de establecimiento, lo que ocasiona una situación confusa en el mercado turístico nacional.El objetivo de este artículo es conocer las diferencias normativas autonómicas existentes y las repercusiones que éstas provocan en el sector. Con este propósito, se estudiarán las diversas regulaciones autonómicas para posteriormente analizar sus diferencias, y se considerarán las repercusiones que este hecho tiene para diferentes agentes y aspectos del sector turístico español.

The Spanish Constitution gives legislative power to different regions which, making use of it; establish regulatory standards for hotels in their respective regional markets. This situation causes that in an eminently tourist country such as Spain, 17 different regulations for the same type of establishment may be found, leading to a confusing situation in the Spanish tourist market.The objective of this article is to know the differences existing in regional regulations and the impact they cause in the touristic sector. First, the various regional regulations will be studied, then their differences will be analyzed and finally, the implications that this has for the different agents and aspects for Spanish tourism sector will be taken into account.
