El proceso de actualización del modelo económico cubano incorpora un grupo de políticas para el sector agrario que requieren de un mayor dinamismo por parte de la Administración Pública a los distintos niveles en función de su ejecución. Los Lineamientos de la Política Económica y Social del Partido y la Revolución han implicado a su vez un gran reto para los gobiernos municipales toda vez que deben establecer, políticas públicas económicamente no discrepantes. El objetivo general del trabajo consistió en sistematizar el concepto de políticas públicas en el ámbito nacional e internacional.

The process of update of the economic Cuban model incorporates a group of policies for the agrarian sector that they need of a major dynamism on the part of the Public Administration to the different levels depending on his execution. The Limits of the Economic and Social Politics of the Party and the Revolution have implied in turn a great challenge for the municipal governments although they must establish, public policies economically not discrepant. The general aim of the work consisted of systematizing the concept of public policies in the national and international area.
