  • Design Indaba is a conference held in Cape Town where creators from all over the world come together to exchange ideas. Held at the end of February, it offered a diverse lineup, including Naoto Fukasawa from Japan and architect Michel Rojkind from Mexico.

    There was plenty to discuss, such as the release of a building plan for the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa by Thomas Heatherwick of the UK. The activities of the African speakers also impressed the audience deeply.
