    Este trabajo analiza la evolución y la organización actual de las Administraciones Públicas, así como su compatibilidad con las Constituciones de postguerra. Toma en cuenta la definición del concepto de Administración Pública, distinguiendo entre un sentido subjetivo en relación con la organización estructural de la Administración, y la Administración Púbica en sentido objetivo o funcional. En atención al sentido subjetivo, el trabajo vuelve sobre las transformaciones que ha provocado la globalización, la creación de organizaciones regionales e internacionales, y las técnicas de devolución de autonomía

    The paper analyzes the evolution and the current organization of the PA and its compatibility with the principles of the Postwar Constitutions. It considers a definition of the concept of the PA, distinguishing between PA in subjective sense, with relation to all the organizational structures of the administration, and PA in the “objective” or functional sense. Concerning the PA in subjective sense it goes over again the transformations that the process of economic globalization, the creation of international and regional organizations, the devolution of forms of autonomy more increasingly accentuated at the peripheral level have determined.
