All railway authorities are working on the study of the tilting coach, in order to maintain high speeds without prejudicing comfort on curves due to centigugal acceleration.
Many prototypes and projects exist already, along with a variety of possible solutions in respect of the inclining coach train.
The RENFE version of this train goes deeply into the study of this problem and holds, therefore, an important position within the general study of the inclined coach train.
Trials have been made with the Italian version, twin of the RENFE version, totaling some 70.000 km and innovations, modifications and corrections are being carried out on the original prototype.
