  • In this article, the author discusses the strategy of the international law firms to established their offices in Africa due to abundant natural resources which opened the way of renewable energy resources due to decline in oil prices. It mentions that the offices of law firms Allen & Overy, Baker & McKenzie and Clifford Chance in Morocco.
