  • The article discusses that Angola and Mozambique has become the prime choice of investors to make investments due to the potential and regulatory reform in the countries. It mentions that Angolan government seems the way for alternative forms of private sector participation in the development of public infrastructure for power production and liquefied natural gas projects and the industrial development in the Mozambique.
