  • The article reports on the stipulation of the Law on Real Estate Business (LOREB) for investors in real estate projects before selling or hire-purchasing houses to be built in the future. Topics mentioned include Circular 07/2015/TT-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, the prohibition on foreign bank branches from issuing house bank guarantees, and revision of the LOREB requested by the Ho Chi Minh Real Estate Association.
