  • The article reports that the Capital Markets Board of Turkey has introduced more regulations covering over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives in line with the global development in the OTC market. Topics covered include the amendment of Communiqué III/37.1 on Principles regarding Investment Services, Activities and Ancillary Services, the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, and the use of electronic transaction platforms for the OTC derivative transactions.
