  • The article reports on a Decree issued by the Cyprus Ministry of Finance in December 2015 that implements the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development's Common Reporting Standard and the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information.
