Topics discussed include agreement of Italian government and the European Commission (EC) to offer state guarantees for securitisation of NPL portfolios, testing of Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD) of European Commission (EC) on January 1, 2016; and views of Ewald Nowotny, governor of Austrian central bank, on the same.
