  • The article discusses the legal liability of the exchange of information through various channels in Asia's financial hubs as tackled by the panelists at the April 2016 International Financial Law Review M&A Forum in Hong Kong and Singapore. Topics include traders' ill-information of the legal liability attaching to such exchanges, scenarios considered to be price-fixing by the Competition Commission, and the implications of the additions to the Competition Ordinance in Hong Kong.
