    La expansión ósea en el maxilar superior es una de las múltiples técnicas que se usan en implantología para incrementar el hueso disponible, remodelándolo en sentido linguo-vestibular, obteniendo mayor cantidad de éste para poder poner implantes de mayor diámetro, aumentando la interfase de los mismos con el hueso.

    The expansion of the bone in the maxila is one of the many techniques that you can use in the implantology, to increment the disponible bone,remodeling it in transversal direction gettin more quantity of these in order to be able to put implants of more diameter, making bigger the interface fron the same with the bone.
