• We report a case of a 5-year-old male patient, with intensely pruritic erythematous papules, affecting the trunk, caused by flea bite. A home visit and dermoscopy helped flea viewing and promoted the understanding of the patient’s mother besides contributing to adherence to measures to control ectoparasites.
