Resumen de Disarm and modernize
The article reports on the decision of the U.S. to retain tactical nuclear weapons in Europe and its plan of to modernize the weapons as well as its nuclear weapons arsenal back home. Topics discussed include the high costs of the planned upgrades for the B61-4 bomb and the state of nuclear disarmament under the second term of U.S. President Barack Obama.
