  • The article discusses wine industry of Moldova. Topics discussed include vineyards in the country, winemakers and economy of the country. Other topics such as labor force in the wine industry of Moldova, per capita gross domestic product (GDP) of the country and financial support from European Union and United States to support the wine industry of the country are also discussed. Freezing of wine import from Moldova by Russia and Competitiveness Enhancement and Enterprise Development (CEED) program by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) are mentioned.
