Como se muestra en el presente artículo, la cercanía de la obra de esta beguina francesa con los sermones tardíos en alemán de Meister Eckhart, es notoria. Se observa, sobre todo, a través del análisis que ambos autores realizan en torno a la pobreza espiritual. No obstante, en el presente trabajo se pone también de manifiesto las diferencias fundamentales entre ambos místicos. Por último, se subraya la relevancia filosófica de estas dos formas paradigmáticas de discurso místico

As this article shows, the closeness between the work of the French Beguine and the late sermons in German by Meister Eckhart is perceptible. It is evident mainly through the analysis that both authors made of spiritual poverty. Nevertheless, the present work also reveals the fundamental differences that exist between the two mystics. Finally, it indicates the philosophical relevance of these two paradigmatic forms of mystical discourse.
