Resumen de Las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) como recurso en la acción tutorial de primaria

  Este trabajo pretende conocer el grado de satisfacción que tienen las familias de los alumnos de 3º ciclo de Primaria de la ciudad de Martos (Jaén) sobre las actividades tutoriales del centro y conocer el nivel de conocimientos que poseen para usar las TIC como recurso de la acción tutorial. Para ello se ha diseñado una escala de 55 ítems. Se hace un estudio por muestreo, con nivel de confianza Z (.98) = 2.58, se encuestan 375 alumnos que representan el 91.02 % del alumnado matriculado. Como resultado final se ha podido conocer que un 75% de familias encuestadas poseen y usan con asiduidad los recursos tecnológicos y están conectadas a internet. Asimismo se observa que un 95% están satisfechas con las actividades tutoriales que realizan sus hijos en el centro y que están desarrolladas en el Plan de Orientación y Acción Tutorial y que conforman la potenciación de las habilidades sociales, los hábitos de trabajo, el ocio, así como las actitudes hacia los demás. También hay un 93.87% que apuestan por el cambio a tutoría virtual que proponen los nuevos Reglamentos de Organización y Funcionamiento de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía.

  This study aims to determine the degree of satisfaction that the third primary level students' families of Martos, city of the province of Jaen, have about the tutorial activities of the schools and if they possess the sufficient knowledge in order to use the TIC as a resource of the tutorial action. In order to achieve that, it has been designed a questionnaire of 55 items. Thus, it is decided to do a sampling research, with confidence level Z (.98) = 2.58. Hence, 375 students, who represent the 91.02% enrolled students. As final result, it could be deduced that 75% of interviewed families possess and use the resources with assiduity and are connected to Internet. Likewise, it is appreciated that 95% of these families are satisfied with the tutorial activities, which their children participate in the school and are developed in the Orientation Plan and Tutorial Action, and that conform the potential of the social skills, the habits of work, the leisure, as well as the attitudes towards other people. Furthermore, there are 93.87% families who support the change to a virtual tutoring as it is proposed by the new regulations of organization and functioning of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.
