Resumen de Empresa familiar: descubierta y explotación de oportunidades de emprendeduría

En los últimos años tanto la emprendeduría como la empresa familiar se han constituido en verdaderas áreas de investigación. Sin embargo, las interrelaciones entre ambas áreas han sido más bien escasas.
El artículo analiza algunos puntos de conexión entre las dos ramas tanto en el descubrimiento de oportunidades de emprendeduría como en su posterior explotación por parte del emprendedor. Se constata que la influencia de la familia en las actividades emprendedoras y el análisis de la emprendeduría en las empresas es todavía un fenómeno poco estudiado.

In recent years both entrepreneurship and the family business have become true research areas. However, the interrelationships between these two areas have been rather scarce. This article analyses some of the meeting points between these two branches in reference to both the finding of entrepreneurship opportunities and the subsequent exploitation of these opportunities by the entrepreneur. It is seen that the family influence on entrepreneurial activities and the analysis of entrepreneurship in businesses remains a little studied phenomenon.
