Este artículo recoge los resultados que un estudio realizado en la ciudad de Donostia entre los años 2014 y 2015 respecto a la soberanía alimentaria y la agricultura ecológica ha obtenido.
En el mismo se llega a diferentes conclusiones entre las que se apunta en primer lugar el desinterés del agricultor tradicional por iniciarse en el campo de la agricultura ecológica, lo que lleva a plantearse la necesidad de dirigir los esfuerzos hacia un agricultor nuevo, de origen urbano y que generalmente proviene de una situación de desempleo. El perfil del nuevo agricultor coincide con el habitual del desempleado, es decir, joven, sin formación adecuada, hombre y sin posibilidades de inversión. La investigación se centra en las opciones de éxito que tiene un joven que necesita tierra, formación y salidas comerciales para su producto, unos resultados que se apoyan en distintas iniciativas puestas en marcha en el marco del proyecto.

This article presents the results that a study in the city of Donostia between 2014 and 2015 about food sovereignty and organic agriculture has obtained. In the same we reach to different conclusions about food sovereignty and organic agriculture. First, traditional farmer is not interested about starting in the field of organic farming. The unique which show interest the new farmer, that usually he has born in the city and he comes from a situation of unemployment. The profile of the new farmer matches the standard of the unemployed, young, without proper training, man without investment possibilities... The research focuses on the chances of success that has a man who needs ground, training and market outlets for its product. Results that are supported by various initiatives launched under the project.

Artikulu honetan Donostiako hirian 2014 eta 2015 garren urtean zehar elikadura burujabetza eta ekologikoaren ekoizpenaren inguruan egindako lan saioaren emaitzak aztertzen dira. Bertan egungo nekazarien interes eza ekoizpen ekologikoenarekiko jasotzen den heinean langabetu eta nekazari berrientzat lan aukera bezala planteatzen da. Nekazari honen profila pertsona langabetuen berdina da, hau da, gaztea, formatu gabekoa, gizona eta inbertsioak egiteko dirurik gabekoa. Ikerkuntzak arrakasta aukerak zehazten ditu, lurra, formakuntza eta komertzializazio mailan egindako lan saio ezberdinek erakusten duten bezala.
