Resumen de OSCE: : Propaganda and freedom of the media
The OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media has published a non-paper (a discussion document) on the relationship between propaganda and freedom of the media, aimed to facilitate discussion among the participating states of the organization. The non-paper will result in formulating national and international law and policy toward the current spread of propaganda surrounding the conflict in and around Ukraine. The publication distinguishes two sorts of propaganda in the contemporary world.
