Este Cuaderno de Trabajo tiene como objeto analizar las políticas de cooperación al desarrollo impulsadas por el Gobierno Autónomo de Canarias desde sus inicios hasta la actualidad. Para abordar este proceso histórico, en un primer momento se han analizado todos aquellos documentos normativos, doctrinales y de planificación que han configurado esta política, para posteriormente examinar su puesta en práctica a través de los distintos proyectos, programas... financiados desde el Gobierno de Canarias y finalmente poder destacar los objetivos, intereses y estrategias que han guiado a dicha política dotándole de unas características propias y que le hacen diferente del resto.

This workbook aims to analyze the development aid policy promoted by the Autonomous Government of the Canary Islands from their beginnings to the present. To address this historical process, at first we have analyzed all the normative, doctrinal and planning documents that have shaped this policy, in order to then further examine its implementation through various projects, programs... financed from the Government of the Canary Islands and finally to highlight the objectives, interests and strategies that have guided the policy providing it with its own characteristics and which have made it different from the rest.

Kanarietako Gobernu Autonomoak hastapenetatik gaur egunera arte bultzatutako garapenerako lankidetza politikak aztertzea da lan koaderno honen helburua. Prozesu historiko honi ekiteko, hasieran, politika hau osatu duten araudi, doktrina eta plangintza guztiak aztertu dira. Ondoren, Kanarietako Gobernuak finantzatutako proiektu eta programen bidez, horiek praktikan jartzea aztertu da. Azkenik, xede, interes eta estrategiak nabarmendu dira, aipatutako politika bideratu eta besteengandik bereizten duten berezko ezaugarriak emateko.
