El trabajo hace un análisis y crítica del nuevo sistema de responsabilidad objetiva del conductor y, por tanto, de la aseguradora de éste, en los accidentes de tráfico con inimputables introducido por la Ley 35/2015 (nuevo baremo de tráfico). También se exponen soluciones respecto al derecho comparado.
