Resumen de A Trama da História na concepção de povo nas Siete Partidas

O artigo a seguir pretende aplicar uma perspectiva de análise que tem como pressuposto o entrelaçamento de aspectos e conjunturas históricas. Alguns fios de uma pequena parte do grande tecido histórico são reconstituídos, demonstrando os entrelaçamentos que transcendem a si próprios no tecer de uma ideia. De acordo com a perspectiva apresentada, propõe-se analisar a concepção de povo na obra Siete Partidas, percebendo-a como um ponto de interconexão na trama maior da História. A análise desses fios da História demonstra que a construção da ideia de povo nas Siete Partidas - uma tentativa de construção identitária – não se configurou somente a partir da conjuntura histórica de Reconquista, repovoamento e disputas nobiliárquicas da Castela do século XIII. Para entender esta construção é necessário identificar e analisar também os fios e interconexões do entrelaçamento transcultural mediterrânico.

This article aims to apply an analytical perspective that presupposes the intertwining of historical aspects and conjunctures. Some threads of a small part of the great historic fabric are reconstituted, demonstrating the interlacements that transcend themselves in weaving of an idea. According to the perspective presented, the concept of people is analyzed is studied as a point interconnected in the larger scheme of history. The analysis of these threads of history shows that the construction of the idea of people in the Siete Partidas was not configured solely from the historical conjuncture of Reconquista, repopulating and disputes nobiliary in the thirteenth-century of Castile. To understand this construction, it is also necessary to identify and analyze the threads and interconnects of the transcultural intertwining.
