  • The article discusses research on the cognitive bias of managers towards employees believed to have natural abilities and talent in the article "Privileging Naturals Over Strivers: The Costs of the Naturalness Bias,” by Chia-Jung Tsay published in the journal "Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin" during 2015. An overview of the impact that managers' cognitive biases have on their attitudes towards employees' job performance is provided
