The authors analyze a clinic case of carpal tunnel syndrom caused by an aberrant muscle (long abducent accesory of fifth finger) treated by surgery, whitch after eight months was complicated with an ulnar nerve compressive syndrome at the Guyon's canal caused by not completely resecting the mentioned muscle in the initial operation.
