We report a case of pilomatrixoma (calcifying epithelioma of Malherbe) in a 34-year-old man. The tumor was located in the left parotid region. A simultaneous CAT scan and sialography showed the extraglandular position of the mass. A simple surgical removal was performed because neither the parotid superficial lobe nor the facial nerve showed tumor invasion.
