De nuevo sobre el nombre propio

    En este estudio se analiza quienes son los sujetos que se encuentran legitimados para la atribución del nombre propio al recién nacido; algunas de las anomalías que pueden darse en dicha atribución , como las que pueden derivarse, por ejemplo, del hecho de que el declarante desconozca cual es el nombre que los padres han impuesto al recién nacido; así como, se analizan las prohibiciones que según la ley han de tenerse en cuenta para la atribución del nombre propio y que van desde que el mismo no sea contrario al decoro, pasando por la que no haga confusa la identificación o la que induzca a error en cuanto al sexo de la persona. Finalmente se estudia el cambio de nombre teniendo en cuenta que éste debe fundamentarse en una justa causa y no causar el perjuicio de tercero.

    This study examines who are the subjects legitimized to attribute the name to the newborn; some of the anomalies that may arise in this attribution, such as those derived from the fact that the deponent may not know which is the name assigned by the parents to the newborn;

    and also, the prohibitions that, according to the law, have to be taken into account in order to attribute the name, and which go from the fact that it must not go against decorum to the fact that it must not make identification confusing nor should it lead to error as regards the sex of the person. Finally the research studies the change of the name bearing in mind that it must be based on a just cause without bringing prejudice to thirds.
